Blast of frigid air arrives Thursday

The arctic air arrives Friday morning with lows of -6 in Milwaukee to -12 inland and wind chills to -30. I expect school delays and/or closings. Friday is partly cloudy and cold with a high of 2 and wind chills to -15 all day.
