Is Nintendo Losing the Fight They Started???

Apparently, due to the due diligence of some genius gamers, Nintendo lost some of the patent applications in Japan for their vague game mechanic descriptions. There are more loses as of the recording of the video, but this could mean the video game giant may be forced to make better games. Hopefully, this will change Nintendo's tune.
