The reason why Canada is promoting euthanasia is because the walking dead vaccinated have become too expensive to continue care for.

So they need to get rid of a few, to save costs.

When you consider the govt promoted the vaccine in the first place, then decide to dump a few of the walking wounded... Because they no longer want to take care of them...
