Now of course it's to make sure blacks don't steal.

Its also worth noting that the stealing is an excuse. If you shop in stores the payment system is pretty straightforward, you pay for what you get, add taxes and you're done. With online only "concierge" ordering they can add all these scummy hidden fees and stuff, itemize everything, Doordash learned they could do that stuff and people will foot the bill. Now thanks to EBT Americans, your gallon of milk, eggs, and bread now cost $10 more with hidden fees on the checkout screen and show up to you half broken.
