GOD LISTENS TO AND ANSWERS OUR PRAYERS

1 John 5:14 New King James Version
14 Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.

SO, LET'S COME TO HIM IN CONFIDENCE AND FAITH! GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA DEAR FRIENDS!!! I can only imagine what Hezekiah was going through at that moment when he's being told by Isaiah that he needs to get everything in order in his life and his estate, because he's about to die. This mighty, godly king is being told he's going to die soon, and I'm sure it had to have scared the living daylights out of him. The interesting thing about Hezekiah in this, is how he chose to go to the Lord with all the emotions that he was feeling, and God listened to him! That God not only listened but also gave Hezekiah a promise of adding 15 years to his life and gave him a very unique sign to show that this would be a reality. I think of all the times in which God has intervened in my life, whether known or unknown, but especially with the moments that I am aware of, and I can't help but be amazed. I'm especially amazed in what he's done for Ricky and I during the last couple of years, when it comes to medical issues we've had, but also how He's given me wisdom and anything else needed to help me take care of Seth.

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God has been showing me on the power and importance of prayer, and how God listens to what we pray to him, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that you really take the time to listen to what I'm saying. I especially want to share this story of Hezekiah with all of you, and I pray that it touches your heart. So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with these questions from this morning's devotional, and I pray that you not only think about them, but that you act on them.

What concerns do you have to bring to God?

How can you place your trust in Him?

My prayer for all of you tonight, is that whatever stressful situation, fear, concern, or care you are dealing with right now, that you will lay it at the feet of the savior. Trust in the one that you can cast all your cares on, because God not only listens to your prayers, but he also answers. He may not answer our prayers immediately, or with things like a card on a windowsill, but god assures us that when we are facing difficult situations, we don't face them alone. God not only sees us, but he’s also with us, listening to and answering our prayers always.
