4) Deep breathing helps in cleansing the blood from harmful chemicals. During exhaling body releases all toxins that contained in the blood.
5) Deep breathing exercise need to sit by holding the spine straight. This will improve posture.
6) It will help in increasing lung capacity. It will also help in strengthening the lung muscles.
7) Since oxygen is the main component in the metabolism within the cell, it helps repairing cell damage.
8) Practicing deep breathing exercise will help in increasing nerve function and sharpens the brain.
9) It will help to increase melatonin, a hormone which induces sleep. Thus, it will prevent insomnia.
10)It will help you to release hormone called endorphin which will help in feeling good.
11)Deep breathing treats side effects caused by cancer. Especially in case of lung cancer.
