During the Warsaw Human Dimension Conference, representatives of the ALLATRA International Public Movement spoke with Willy Fautré, Director of Human Rights Without Frontiers, about the growing threat of anti-cult organizations operating across Europe under Russian influence.

Human Rights Without Frontiers (HRWF) is a Brussels-based non-governmental organization dedicated to defending human rights and freedom of religion or belief worldwide. For over three decades, HRWF has actively monitored violations, supported victims of persecution, and provided expert analysis to European institutions and the United Nations.

Willy Fautré, co-founder and director of HRWF, is a respected human rights advocate known for his long-standing commitment to promoting religious freedom, democracy, and ethical journalism. His decades of fieldwork and research have made him one of Europe’s leading voices in the defense of freedom of conscience.

Mr. Fautré explains how this anti-cult network undermine democratic institutions, human rights, and freedom of belief, spreading misinformation and inciting hostility toward religious and spiritual minorities. He also highlights practical steps civil society and legislators can take to protect freedom of conscience and counter ideological manipulation.

🕊 ALLATRA International Public Movement is an independent volunteer-based initiative committed to protecting human rights, promoting freedom of belief, and fostering international dialogue for a peaceful and just society. It engages in interdisciplinary cooperation among scientists and experts to address geodynamic changes, ecological challenges, and other global risks, encouraging awareness and responsibility for the planet and humanity as a whole.
