Chimex Express OKC Review: Rock-Solid SW OKC Chinese Food

We're back in South Oklahoma City to review a long-time local favorite: Chimex Express at 937 SW 59th St. in OKC, OK.

We ordered the #3 combo (3 entrées and a side) and tried the incredible Sweet and Sour Chicken, Bourbon Chicken, and Honey Shrimp. You have to try their unique Sweet and Sour Chicken—it's lightly breaded and almost caramelized!
