Jealous or Grateful this Christmas?

Have you ever caught yourself scrolling through social media and feeling like everyone else’s Christmas looks happier, brighter, or more abundant than yours? I know I have. In this episode, I build on last week’s message, “Are You Too Broke for Christmas or Too Blessed to Notice?” by confronting one of the quietest joy-killers of the season: comparison. I’ve learned that when I start measuring my blessings against someone else’s highlight reel, I lose sight of the joy and peace God has already placed in my own life.

In this episode, I share how contentment begins to grow when gratitude leads the way. I offer practical ways to resist comparison, including a “comparison fast,” and discuss how shifting my focus from what I lack to what I already have has changed my perspective. My hope is that this serves as a gentle reminder that true joy isn’t found in keeping up, but in looking up.
