Some of the bench and rookie players earned around $10,000 each for the entire postseason run, barely a fraction of what the big names took home. A few call-ups who barely played made closer to $8,000, and staff assistants who received partial shares only saw about $5,000. Even so, once you add minor performance bonuses and travel stipends, some of them pushed their total up to around $12,000, while the stars were banking nearly $500,000 each. The difference between the top and bottom was nearly $470,000, all from the same championship game that made millions in a single night.
