Al Bundy as he refuses to pay the family's large phone bill, leading to their service being disconnected. To make matters worse, he is also plagued by a bright streetlight that shines into his bedroom window. As a result, he becomes the unwilling target of all phone calls for the household, which is especially problematic when they have to deal with Peggy's mother.
