Is it Free Speech when Israel can send Cops to your Door when you make posts they don't Like?

Here's the video of Texas DPS and Bell County Sheriff's Office showing up at this guys front door all because he makes anti-Israel posts.

Is it free speech when Israel can just send your local cops to your door when you make posts they don't like?

Knowing how heavily armed American cops are, there is a real possibility of someone being accidentally killed during one of these visits, just because they were critical of Israel or jews in general
