i know how. Bad bacteria trick your brain for brain for sugar. So do 2 things. Take probiotic food or supplements and get your energy from ketones...this is wish someone told me!! It will stop craving the craving is not for sugar it's for energy. Ketones are healthy fats ghee avocado flaxseed olive oil and coconut oil.. Brain requires lots of ketones .. coconut oil easiest to digest and convert to energy .. eat more avocado..or smoothies.
