Black British National,32, of Caribbean descent STABBED Multiple people on Huntingdon, UK train - was arrested

UPDATE - British Transport Police declare major incident, with counter-terrorism police joining the investigation, ten people are hospitalized, nine with life threatening injuries.

UPDATE - British Transport police confirm a “32-year-old male, a black British national, and a 35-year-old male, a British national of Caribbean descent” have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, Four of the hospitalized have been discharged,two remain in a life-threatening condition and "at this stage, there is nothing to suggest that this is a terrorist incident.”
