Concern trolling as an attrition tool

Concern trolling is a very old tool in the toolbox of politics. It wasn't always called like that, but the practice of professing concern with the purpose of slowing down or derailing the organized action of a group spans throughout most of history.

Oftentimes, the concern troll are genuine and their actions are out of a sincere conviction, but then those concerns eventually end up being exploited by the opponent(s) for the purpose of derailing by simply wasting your time. If you want, it's a form of political DDoS.
