While driving straight through a green light, a silver SUV began to pull out from the right side (near the Holiday billboard). I was already in front of the vehicle when it suddenly started to turn, forcing me to move slightly over to avoid being hit. The driver later said he thought I had my blinker on, but my signal was not activated. Reviewing the video shows how close this could have been — thankfully, I reacted quickly.
