Brits Try Mountain Man Breakfast for the FIRST TIME | Cowboy Kent Rollins Recipe 🇺🇸🇬🇧

Get ready, food-lovers and cowboy-cooking fans! 🤠 Today on the Mr H and Friends channel we’re stepping into the wild side of breakfast with our British family trying the legendary Mountain Man Breakfast recipe from our good friend Cowboy Kent Rollins. He’s cooking outdoors, cast-iron dutch ovens, live fire and all — and we’re bringing it into our UK kitchen with a twist.

This isn’t just breakfast. It’s bacon, sausage, potatoes, cheese, pepper, that seasoning from Cowboy Kent himself — hearty, bold and full of flavour. We loved meeting Kent and filming with him, and now you get to watch us recreate one of his iconic dishes.

1) Shredding red potatoes, soaking them so they don’t brown, turning them into breakfast hash.
2) Crisp smoky bacon sizzling in our Lodge Dutch oven (thanks to Randy Kilman for the rig 😉).
3) American-style sausage, onions, peppers, eggs, cheddar cheese — layering up flavour.
4) The big moment: pouring the eggs in, baking it, topping with cheese and those “cackleberries” (sunny-side eggs) just like Kent says.
5) Our honest reactions: Is it good or bad? Will we tell Cowboy Kent if it’s anything less than perfect?
