Tens of thousands of Orthodox Jews

✡️ Tens of thousands of Orthodox Jews have gathered in Jerusalem to protest against mandatory conscription in the IDF.

The Haredim are exempt from conscription which poses a problem for Israeli authorities are they are missing out on tens of thousands of reservists and soldiers.

Another aspect of the Haredim is that they barely work at all, do not pay taxes as they spend most of the time studying the Torah and Talmud and pray for Israel's success.
