Recipe:

First layer:

- english cake cut into pieces and arrange in your tray

-drizzle over the top of the cake about 1 cup of milk

Second layer:

In a bowl using your electric mixer mix these ingredients for 5 minutes

1 and half cups whipping cream

450 cream cheese

1/2 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup sugar

3 tbsp lotus spread
