In this video, I give my 2 cents on the Eat Lancet insane diet. Here's what they are pushing for by 2050.
2-5 servings of fruit
5 - 7 servings of both veggies and grains
1-2 servings of legumes
3-5 servings of nuts and seeds
LESS THAN ½ oz of red meat per week
Up to 3.5 oz of chicken
7-10oz of fish and 1 oz of healthy fats

This isn't about food sustainability, its about control. Control of the food supply and therefore, control of the people.
