Dick Tracy: The Payroll Robbery, S1E12, Nov. 27, 1950

The Mole becomes frantic as the law draws near, and small-time criminal "The Joker" makes an unsuccessful attempt to burn out the Mole's delicate eyes in order to take the plates. In retaliation, Mole disguises himself and attempts to murder Joker at his magic shop. Using smoke bombs, Dick Tracy and the cops drive Mole from his hideout.
