The Fear of YAH Is the Key Black People Need
Jeremiah 22:1-5 is directed toward the kings of Judah/the sons of David, but the kings of Ephraim/Israel were even worse. When the kingdom of Ephraim/Israel split from Judah during the reign of Rehoboam, the kingdom of Ephraim/Israel only declined until it was no more. The Israelites never recovered from the calf idols that Jeroboam created and in my own personal opinion, he and Ahab were the worse kings of Ephraim/Israel (Samaria); Ahab and his strange/non-Israelite wife, Jezebel killed hundreds of YAH's prophets. Throughout the history of the northern kingdom of Ephraim/Israel, they were idolators and none of their kings were righteous. The annals of the northern kingdom is rife with the short reigns of usurpers and was ultimately destroyed in 722 B.C.E. by the Assyrians. Now, in regards to the southern kingdom of Judah, Manasseh was definitely the worse. Jeremiah 15:4 "...I (YAH) will cause them (the Israelites) to be removed into all kingdoms of the earth, because of Manasseh the son of Hezekiah king of Judah, for that which he did in Jerusalem." After reading that, you may be wondering, what did Manasseh do? Well, this is what Manasseh did: "...he built up again the high places which Hezekiah his father had destroyed; and he reared up altars for Baal (Lord), and made a grove, as did Ahab king of Israel; and worshipped all the host of heaven (stars, sun and moon), and served them. And he built altars in the house of YAH, of which YAH said, In Jerusalem will I put My Name. And he built altars for all the host of heaven in the two courts of the house of YAH (the Temple). And he made his son pass through the fire, and observed times, and used enchantments, and dealt with familiar spirits and wizards: he wrought much wickedness in the sight of YAH, to provoke Him to anger. And he set a graven image of the grove that he had made in the house..." (2 Kings 21:3-7) King Josiah became king of Judah at 8 years old and during his reign he did his best to mend the relationship of the Most High, YAH and Israel -- he repaired the First Temple, the Temple of Solomon (2 Kings 22:3-7 and 2 Chronicles 34:8-13), he sent his men to the prophetess Huldah to speak with YAH on his and Israel's behalf (2 Kings 22:11-20 and 2 Chronicles 34:19-28), he called all of the kingdom of Judah together and renewed the covenant with YAH (2 Kings 23:1-3 and 2 Chronicles 34:29-33), he destroyed the idols in both the kingdom of Judah and in the kingdom of Ephraim (2 Kings 23:4-20 and 2 Chronicles 34:3-7), he restored the Passover (2 Kings 23:21-23 and 2 Chronicles 35:1-19) and he removed all witches, wizards and their witchcraft from the land of Judah (2 Kings 23:24). YAH had mercy on Josiah and allowed him to be killed in battle against Necho II, pharaoh of Egypt (2 Kings 23:28-30 and 2 Chronicles 35:20-24) so that he wouldn't bear witness to the destruction of Israel in 586 BCE when the Babylonians came, destroyed Jerusalem and took the Israelites into captivity in Babylon. The Israelites returned to Jerusalem and built the Second Temple circa 516 B.C.E., but they were destroyed again in 70 C.E. by the Romans. It is now 2025 C.E. and the Israelites remain in exile/captivity unto this day. "Say unto them (the Israelites), Thus says YAH ALMIGHTY; Behold, I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel his fellows, and will put them with him, even with the stick of Judah, and make them one stick, and they shall be one in Mine hand. And the sticks whereon you write shall be in your hand before their eyes. And say unto them, Thus says YAH ALMIGHTY; Behold, I will take the children of Israel FROM AMONG THE HEATHEN, WHITHER THEY BE GONE, and will gather them on every side, and BRING THEM INTO THEIR OWN LAND: and I will make them one nation in the land upon the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king to them all: and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all: neither shall they defile themselves any more with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions: but I will save them out of all their dwellingplaces, wherein they have sinned, and will cleanse them: so shall they be My people, and I will be their Father."
