I wanted to make a #whippedganache #ganache #frosting , but the texture was grainy, after beating. Adding warm #whippingcream #heavycream didn’t solve the problem. The mixture looked liked it belonged in the trash. Instead of tossing; reheat the ganache, and stir until smooth. Resume, as if nothing bad happened.
