There has been much discussion regarding where to locate a new casino in Indiana if the Rising Star Riverboat Casino is closed and moved. First it was New Haven, Indiana but there was no public or political support. Then a new state law appointed an outside company to determine the best potential locations. there report is in and they said there were four different locations, but the best one to make the state the most revenue would be in Indianapolis. And it just so happens that a big downtown mall needs to be re-built with a new tenant, and it appears that this may well be the new location for an old casino. Only time and state government will make that determination.
