NEIGHBORHOOD GANG-STALKERS/ THEY USE MK-ULTRA TO TARGET MY SONS PATH ON HOLLOWEEN 2025

This is a video of my son visiting me today. October 31st, 2025. He says he is waiting for a call from his friend in my area and was visiting me until they call. He left after 10pm. But I decided to drive my car after walking up the street to see where he was parked, since I did not see his car parked in front of my home. He was so sleepy and wanted to take a quick nap before leaving, so me being mom, did my walking up my street before 10 to see where he parked. I was wondering where my son decided to park and I saw he parked at the opposite stop sign to my neighborhood. I showed him this video to let him know that it was no coincidence that the license plate parked in front of his car has his birthdate. It is the snake government using MK-ULTRA to harass citizens in their communities. They have our very neighbors helping to do this. The strangers parking their vehicles, leaving them, and getting in another one with a key and then they leave the scene. Our police may be aware of this and I don't put this past corruption.
