Dog has Hilarious Whine

Oh no! This dog wants nothing more than to play with his favorite ball, but something is getting in the way of his playtime! It’s…not exactly clear what it is that’s keeping him from getting the ball, but his sad whines seem to say that he’s not sure what to do! Poor fella, hope he gets back to playtime soon!
