Some states have now declared a state of emergency over the snap back of the SNAP cuts that are scheduled to take place in the next few days. but some say that the state of emergency is because of the threats people are making on social media, from people calling for mass looting, while others are threatening to rob people and some even threatening to break into homes to "go shopping"
