RSF HOSPITAL MASSACRE

Warning: Disturbing Footage: These are the latest horrific scenes from the unfolding genocide targeting Darfur’s non-Arab population, carried out by the UAE-backed Rapid Support Forces. In the days following the fall of Al-Fashir, the last remaining Darfur state capital, the RSF is estimated to have killed tens of thousands.

Among the atrocities was the massacre of 460 people at Al-Fashir’s Saudi Maternity Hospital. That hospital had been systematically targeted throughout the siege as part of a deliberate campaign to destroy the city’s healthcare system.

Attacking hospitals violates Article 18 of the Fourth Geneva Convention and Article 12 of Additional Protocol I, which protect medical facilities and personnel during armed conflict. Such acts are war crimes under international humanitarian law — and when carried out with the intent to destroy an ethnic group, they constitute part of a genocide.

So the question remains: will the RSF ever be held accountable? Or will their western-supplied weapons, provided through a western ally, continue to shield them from justice?
