I listened to this a few months ago and the first part especially spoke to me. My brain darts around like The Great Attractor Orb in "Men in Black". When I start a project, I open one mental drawer, then another, then another, I get distracted by hunger, the pups wanting to kill something in the back yard, chores, I open another drawer then convince myself I need a break and open five more drawers and by the end of the day I have a few dozen drawers open and none of them closed.

I almost posted this two months ago, but alas, opened too many other drawers. Control of the mind, rejection of that which is unholy, not good, not righteous, not pointing to God, etc...is the root of living as God intended.
