How I get the BEST Image Quality in LOW LIGHT with the Insta360 X4 Settings

In today’s video, we take the Insta360 X4 to the Skatepark of Zona Franca (Barcelona) after sunset to see how it performs in low light conditions. I’ve always enjoyed using the Insta360 for its creative freedom and portability, but how does it handle noise, ISO performance, and motion blur when the sun goes down?

We’ll compare both Single Lens and 360 Dual Lens modes, testing at ISO 640 and ISO 1200, with shutter speeds of 1/50 and 1/25 — all filmed in 4K (or 8K downscaled to 4K) using a flat color profile for maximum flexibility in post.

I’ll also show how I reduce noise using Neat Video, one of the best plugins for noise reduction in low-light footage. (Link to Neat Video below)
