On Jan 16th @realColtonMoore was thrown to the ground by Ga Speaker of the house "general council" Randal Williams, who is not able to practice law in GA because he doesn't have a GA bar license. Magistrate judge ruled that he didn't see any probable cause to issue an arrest for Williams. Williams was defended by @PhilHollowayEsq during the case. Colton Moore is represented by Catherine Bernard
Senator Moore was banned from the GA House floor by @JonBurnsGA . The senator informed many including Burn's office that he would in fact be showing up to do his constitutional obligated duties which was to be a part of the joint session of the legislature in GA to represent his constituents from the 53rd district.
The results of his attempting to enter, was the violent interaction with Randal Williams, where Williams grabbed the senator and threw him to the ground. Moore is seeking an arrest for what happened on that day. Included in this video is a clip of the encounter.
