Lakewood issuing warnings, then tickets to owners of snow-covered cars on city streets

Lakewood police have started handing out tickets to people whose cars are covered in snow and haven’t moved in 24 hours. Police want people to clean off and move snowed-in cars from snowed-in spots on city streets. If not, police said, drivers will be ticketed or towed.
