Australian factory opens to build undersea 'Ghost Shark' drones

U.S. defense firm Anduril Industries on Friday (October 31) opened a new manufacturing facility in Sydney to produce undersea drones known as “Ghost Sharks” and deliver on its A$1.7 billion ($1.1 billion) supply contract with Australia’s navy. Pat Conroy, Australian defense industry minister, said it would "give Australia a real edge in the underwater battle space."
