How to add Hikvision video devices in SVMSPro platform via WAN network?

Our video surveillance management software platform can manage all Hikvision video devices via WAN and LAN network. Following is the example about how to add Hikvision camera via their Ehome protocol in WAN network. Note : Before setting, please map the SVMSPro Server network ports 7660 (UDP+TCP), 53404(TCP), 53403(TCP) and 54000-55000 (UDP+TCP) .

Now let’s login to SVMSPro client by its WAN IP address.

Step 1:Open one Hikvision network camera web browser.

Step 2: Go to its Platform Access interface.

Step3: Select Ehome protocol as the platform access mode. Then select
Enable. And input SVMSPro platform WAN IP address. Input the port 7660. Then click Save. Note: When select protocol version ISUP5.0, please input passwords: a12345678.

Step 4: Let’s go back to the SVMSPro Client. On the Control Panel page, click Device
Management to enter device management interface.

Step 5: Click NAT Device, this registered Hikvision network camera will be listed.

Step 6: Select one area, then select the device. Click button Add To Management to add
device. Please don’t forget to input this Hikvision camera’s user name and password in Add Device interface, then click Confirm button to save and exit.

Step 7: Now you can click Live View on SVMSPro control panel to see the video from this Hikvision camera.
