Cruiser Indian Ringneck Parrot Talking

Clever boy cruiser star of youtube Talking parrot, Cruiser is an Indian Ringneck Parrot, he was hatched in August 2012, We pulled him in from the nest at the age of 2 weeks, for handraising, his parents were in my avairy and my daughter wanted a bird to interact with. Youtube has been fantastic in teaching Cruiser how to talk, These birds don't learn by direct talking, rather they copy and mimic what sounds they hear in their environment, So if you swear at someone in the same room chances are the bird will pick up that swear word. Thankfully Cruiser does not swear. Cruiser has a half sibling called Charlie who also has a large vocal capacity. Charlie says more than Cruiser but he is a bit shy to talk to the ipad. Then there is Marty McFly , named for the character from Back to the Future cos he was hatched in October 2015. all these birds have learned to talk from hearing Cruiser. We have a couple more IRN who can also talk, and again it is only due to Cruiser talking that they mimic him.
