God is good all the time 1460: Oracles- Burdens or Curses?

We deal with Habakkuk 1:1-11. This is a prophet of God and dealing with the prophecy that he sees. So the question seems to be if this then becomes a cure=se for Habakkuk or if this is just a burden?
