Seems to genuinely think Oswald was a commie which would make sense, these ops are compartmentalized, he doesn't know why they have him doing what he's doing. I think Hoover is a big question mark. Especially from Matson Law's interviews on the autopsy, it seems like Hoover was on the outside. He was engaged in the coverup, enemies with RFK and friends with mob, but also enemies with Dulles and the CIA. FBI also had a different explanation than the CIA's, CIA had the magic bullet but Hoover just denied the James Tague bullet. Surprisingly, Sibert in his interview with Matson Law did not subscribe to either story. So I don't know what to make of it.
