The 'Bible Alone' Myth: Why Protestant Unity is a Lie

Protestants claim they're united by Jesus and the Bible — everything else is "just details." Sounds great, but it's a massive dodge. Beneath this slogan is a mess of contradictory beliefs that have splintered churches into chaos. From a historical, Nicene Christian viewpoint, this "unity" is an illusion that hides deep, messy divisions.

We're unpacking three HUGE contradictions that prove the Protestant mantra falls apart:

1. 🤯 The Salvation Standoff: Do good works matter? Lutherans and Calvinists say NO (Faith Alone!). Anabaptists and Methodists say YES (Faith must work!). This isn't a detail — it's the heart of Christianity, and they fundamentally disagree.
2. **💧 The Baptism Battle:** Is it for babies or only believing adults? Is it essential or just a symbol? Denominations are at war over who is even in God's family!
3. 👑 The Leadership Crisis: Who's in charge — Bishops, the congregation, or whoever feels "called"? Their approach to authority is a free-for-all, shaping everything they teach and how they worship.

The Bible is supposed to unite them, but it’s driving them apart, leading to a constant cycle of bickering opinions, not divine truth. The unity they promise is a mirage. We're laying out the truth, plain and simple.
