Morizon Exposed: A New ‘Financial Ecosystem’ or Just Another Global Reward Scam in Disguise?
In this exposé, investigative journalist Danny de Hek takes a deep dive into Morizon — a company promoting itself as a “new global financial ecosystem” that supposedly merges fintech, community projects, and profit-sharing innovation. But behind the buzzwords and flashy websites lies a network of contradictions, unverifiable claims, and serious red flags.
Morizon claims to offer everything from UK IBAN accounts, Mastercard debit cards, and AI-powered budgeting tools, to a 27% monthly cashback program through “Morizon Pay.” On the surface, it appears to be a legitimate fintech revolution — but under closer scrutiny, it starts to look more like a global reward scam in disguise.
In this video, I break down how the Morizon ecosystem is structured across multiple interconnected domains:
- morizonhub.com – claiming to unite finance, real estate, and “social impact.”
- morizonpay.com – promoting “merchant services” with unrealistic 27% cashback returns.
- mymorizoncard.com – advertising instant UK bank accounts and debit cards.
- morizonsupport.com – posing as the company’s “support hub,” but lacking real corporate contact transparency.
*WE ALSO EXAMINE*:
- The company’s claim of being “UK regulated” — despite no verifiable authorisation with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
- The use of pre-written compliance documents that appear recycled from unrelated firms.
- References to legitimate institutions like Optimus Cards and ShuftiPro, yet with no public confirmation from those partners.
- Repeated promises of “community profit-sharing,” “AI-driven money management,” and “global IBAN access” — all without proof of licensing or independent auditing.
During a live Zoom confrontation with two individuals claiming to be Morizon’s executives — “Amanda Joseph” and “John Bennett” — their defensive reactions raised more questions than answers. After being offered a formal right of reply, Morizon’s only response was a WhatsApp threat of legal action, followed by a message accusing me of using “filthy language” and “misinformation.”
As with many fraudulent fintech and MLM-style operations, Morizon’s branding borrows heavily from legitimate banking language while using buzzword camouflage — terms like “AI compliance,” “community empowerment,” “27% cashback,” and “profit sharing.” The pitch is designed to sound revolutionary while keeping investors emotionally engaged and financially exposed.
This investigation also examines the rise of “compliance theatre” — where fake or inflated legal documents (e.g. anti-bribery, AML, safeguarding, and consumer duty policies) are displayed on company websites to fabricate credibility. The content appears authoritative, but in reality, no regulator, bank, or auditor has verified a single claim.
*THROUGHOUT THIS EPISODE, WE’LL LOOK AT*:
- How the Morizon team uses domain-hopping and rebranding to build perceived scale.
- Why their “27% profit-sharing” structure resembles Ponzi-style reward systems.
- The dangers of trusting unregulated financial products promising guaranteed returns.
- And how legitimate fintech partners’ names can be exploited by fraudulent entities to trick investors.
This isn’t just another exposé — it’s a public warning.
If you’ve been approached by Morizon, Morizon Pay, or any affiliate claiming to represent them, watch this video before parting with a single cent.
*REMEMBER*:
If a company claims to be “revolutionising finance” while offering guaranteed high returns and profit sharing from transaction fees, it’s almost certainly too good to be true.
