The dedication of the temple begins:

-The Ark of the Covenant is retrieved, and the Tent of Meeting is torn down to be stored away forever
-All of David's dedicated items go into storage
-Solomon sacrifices hundreds of thousands of animals... was this wrong or right?
-Why does the author of 2 Chronicles claim that the ark was still in the temple "to this day" if the temple had already been destroyed?
