Our PM has just signed us up for more Halal killings/sacrifices to comply with Muslim religious requirements!
The animal’s throat is cut while alive (no stunning) — a cruel slaughter — yet the government and media play it down as humane.
A Muslim must perform the cut — there go some jobs (I once worked in the Waitara freezing works many moons ago).
They must be facing Mecca, and a Muslim must say a prayer at the slaughter for each animal.

This deepens and entrenches an anti-Christian religion further into NZ — all for supposedly more dollars. But believe me, it will cost NZ in bigger ways.
The blessing of God is being lifted a little more off our nation — and farmers, unfortunately, will pay the price.
Our country is being sold down the river, sadly.

There are many more markets we could negotiate with that do not require this ritual killing.
