Right now as I speak in Oct 2025 London and indeed nationwide, is experiencing an horrendous epidemic of Section 21 No Fault Eviction Notices because greedy landlords want to cash in on the sky-rocketing rents phenomenon we are currently experiencing. They evict tenants and two weeks later the apartment is back on the market for double the previous rent. Who's doing that? Can't you guess. Who owns all the properties? You got it right first time.
