At least coffee 86, or game of Kolář
A large part of the citizens of this country are convinced that it is not President Petr Pavel who rules the Castle, but his father Josef, or Petr Kolář, nicknamed protoColar, also known as the friend at his side. Petr Kolář is a very active person. Perhaps everyone has forgotten, but at the time of the so-called Sarajevo assassination, it was this man, then ambassador to Sweden, who was among the instigators of that uprising. Although it is true that it was also he who revealed the secret sponsors of the ODS, the late Hungarian Lajos Bácsi and Radjiv M. Sinha (from Mauritius). In 1997, as a close associate of Foreign Minister Josef Zieleniec, he was the first to confirm that the ODS leadership knew about the machinations with the sponsors. The reason for this cover-up was the fact that the sponsorship donation was preceded by a half-billion-crown state subsidy from Václav Klaus's government for the removal of environmental damage.
Since then, he has remained in the background, moving only in diplomacy and the arms industry. In addition, he has served as an informal advisor to Andrej Babiš and Miloš Vystrčil. He currently advises Petr Pavel.
Advisor is too weak a word for how he manipulates the president. He is simply the man behind the scenes, but he controls the president like a puppet. An example of this is the current formation of a new government. PePa first stated that he would not stand in the way of the formation of a new government. However, a few days later, the advisor said that the formation of the government could be complicated and that it was not clear who would actually form it and with whom. At that moment, PePa also backtracked and began to invent complications and conditions. It has gone so far that he has not yet entrusted the election winner with forming a government. Babiš and his partners are therefore preparing something that Kolář will try to thwart through his puppet at the Castle and bring the outgoing gang back into play.
This is also to be aided by Filip Turek's strange friend, who, out of love for his friend, allegedly screenshotted Turek's private comments from many years ago. He then handed them over to Deník N for publication. I am not that well educated in law, but I think that Vojtěch Dobeš, as the traitor is called, has blatantly stolen something that should never have been made public. So I would consider it a criminal offense. The exact classification should be determined by the criminal justice authorities. Even the statements of the disgruntled losers show that accepting the democratic outcome of the elections is undemocratic for them. Because they did not win.
Efforts to oust smaller coalition partners, namely the Motorists and the SPD, from the future government are evident. Slander and attacks on their representatives are even more frequent than before the elections. So far, however, it seems that the winner and his partners are just making fun of the losers.
I don't know what Friend by the Side will advise his puppet next, but it will be difficult to violate our constitution. So in the end, the government will be formed as the current three-party coalition, and according to one of the co-authors of our constitution, former minister Ctirad Svoboda, it will be the prime minister of this government who will approve the president's foreign trips. This subtly implies that PePa could spend the rest of his term in Lány at most. Or on motorcycle rides. But only in his free time, of course.
However, PePa has so far entrusted Babiš with forming a government. But even here, it is unclear how his friend will react to the names that Babiš will bring to the Castle. So far, protests against some of the names have been successfully provoked by both the Motorists and the SPD. Especially since Okamura is not offering members of his movement, but independent candidates. So we'll see when the current government resigns and Babiš comes to the president with specific names. Let's hope that Babiš will stand firm and send all the protesting activists where their backs lose their good name.
So that we can still enjoy our coffee.
