Blackstone Betty is bringing bold flavor to game day with her Sausage, Pepper & Onion Kabobs — a perfect bite-sized twist on the classic combo. Featuring aidells® Sausage, she grills up juicy Italian Smoked Chicken sausage with sweet peppers, onions, and garlic bread cubes right on the Blackstone. Family-style platter, warm marinara, a snowfall of Parmesan… and somehow there are never any leftovers.

Ingredients
1 pkg Aidells Italian Smoked Chicken Sausage, sliced into 5 bite-sized pieces each
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 loaf roasted garlic artisan bread, cubed into 1-inch pieces
Olive oil
Blackstone Tuscan Herb Seasoning
Grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish
Marinara sauce, for dipping

Directions
1. In a large bowl, toss sausage, peppers, and onion with olive oil and a generous sprinkle of Tuscan Herb seasoning.

2. In another bowl, toss bread cubes with olive oil and a light dusting of the same seasoning.

3. Assemble the kabobs by alternating bread, sausage, and veggies on skewers.

4. Preheat your Blackstone to medium heat, oil the surface, and grill the kabobs—turning often—until the sausage is charred, veggies are tender, and bread is golden, about 6–8 minutes.

5. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve hot with warm marinara for dipping.
