AJ Fernandez Last Call Maduro - CIGAR REVIEWS by CigarScore

Sometimes a cigar sounds great, but you don’t have a lot of time. That’s the situation I found myself in the other day when I first found the AJ Fernandez Last Call Maduro.

I didn’t have my order of CigarScore hoodies in yet, so I didn’t have warm clothes for smoking in. So, I found a lounge on CigarScore.com, drove there, and arrived with about 50 minutes left before they closed. When I was about to walk out of the humidor with a bunch of toros to smoke and thinking I might have to toss the final third of a bigger cigar when the shop closed, I saw the Last Call Maduro Geniales – a 4.5″ cigar that might be perfect for the time I had.

After cutting the cigar, the cold draw was very nice. Its flavors were of pine and an oceany-seaweed; it was very odd. The closed foot is begging to be lit, so let’s dive in.
