22 And let them judge the people at all seasons: and it shall be, that every great matter they shall bring unto thee, but every small matter they shall judge: so shall it be easier for thyself, and they shall bear the burden with thee.
23 If thou shalt do this thing, and God command thee so, then thou shalt be able to endure, and all this people shall also go to their place in peace.
24 So Moses hearkened to the voice of his father in law, and did all that he had said.

So the bible DOES explain hierarchy and you should thereby live.. and have no problem with it...
(But IF a man does NOT respect nor love another anymore? He will not listen to you no matter how how correct you are, now its personal)

42 is the same, you will NOT get a prophet his rank and seat just because you gave him water which IS a big thing but not big enough to get that rank, statues, seat etc. you will get his reward which is SALVATAION...

And Jeremiah 17:4 says do NOT put your trust IN a man... cursed be ye IF ye do this...

Micah 7:5 says Trust ye not in a friend, put ye not confidence in a guide: keep the doors of thy mouth from her that lieth in thy bosom.

But you can trust a friend do NOT PUT your trust IN him, you can have confidence IN a guide that The Lord Yahawashi sent him but DO NOT PUT your trust/confidence IN that guide as if he can safe you and a true guide of The Lord will NOT be offended if you think of him as such he will openly love thee more then thou seeth cause he will know that he is NOT going against The Lord Yahawashi by trying to take his place as a thief... meaning do not worship man... even an angel will tell you NOT to worship him...

Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ;
