Man Who Shot & Killed Cop Has A Violent Motorcycle Crash On A Southern CA Freeway While Fleeing Cops

Posted • October 28, 2025: Upland, California — A wild motorcycle chase ended in a violent crash on a Southern California freeway on Monday afternoon after the suspect tried to flee at extraordinary speeds following a sheriff's deputy's shooting death. It all started when San Bernardino County Sheriff's deputies reportedly responded to the area for a domestic violence call about an armed man threatening a woman in Rancho Cucamonga. The deputies were fired upon as soon as they arrived at the scene, the sheriff's department said. Deputy Andrew Nunez suffered a single gunshot wound to the head. Nunez was rushed to the hospital and ultimately pronounced dead, the sheriff's department confirmed.
