Exposure of the Clarity Act, 2000

This short video details how the Clarity Act, 2000, is designed to make any referendum fail. A referendum is completely unnecessary because each Province and Territory has in fact been fully independent and sovereign since December 11, 1931, thanks to Sections 2, 7 and 11 of the Statute of Westminster.
