​Selina Newell died October 6, 2025. Cause of death: UNKNOWN.

She had a huge Fair Housing Complaint taking place through the US Department of HUD against CMG Parks the owners and management company of Beach RV Park of Benton City, Washington.

Selina had submitted a formal complaint and was complaining that the water to her trailer was very low and she felt it could be on purpose.
