Jenna Zwagil’s Zionix Global Ponzi Rebrand Exposed After Paid Magazine Feature and Site Takedown
ZIONIX GLOBAL has officially been exposed — and this time, the MLM Queen herself, Jenna Zwagil, is at the centre of it all.
In this investigation, I uncover how Zwagil — best known as the co-founder of MyDailyChoice and HempWorx — has rebranded herself as a “crypto visionary” through a paid magazine feature in Income Opportunities Magazine. The article, printed in the November/December 2025 issue, isn’t journalism at all. It’s a sponsored advertorial, bought and designed to look like a credible business profile, all while Zwagil’s crypto venture Zionix Global is collapsing behind the scenes.
Shortly after the magazine was published, my investigative network — known as The Avengers — uncovered a trail of red flags leading straight to Zionix Global. Here’s what we found:
- Zionix Global is a rebranded version of Zater Capital, an unlicensed investment platform promising “AI-powered trading bots” and “profit sharing.”
- Its domains zionixglobal.net and zionixglobal.com have since been locked following multiple abuse and scam reports.
- After exposure, the company issued a familiar Ponzi excuse: a “System Maintenance & Server Optimization” notice — the standard move when a scheme is unravelling.
- Within days, the same team reappeared under new domains: zionixglobal.ai and zionixglobal.co, attempting to restart operations under a new name. Both domains are now under investigation and have been reported for fraudulent activity.
This entire stunt — the fake credibility, the rebrand, the domain hopping — is a textbook MLM Ponzi manoeuvre. When exposure hits, the operators simply register new websites, rename the project, and keep recruiting under a “fresh” label.
Inside the glossy pages of Income Opportunities Magazine, Jenna Zwagil’s article uses the same recycled script MLM promoters have been peddling for decades:
- “From sleeping in my car to building a $450 million business.”
- “Manifest your destiny.”
- “Empowerment through innovation.”
- “Bridging wellness, wealth, and crypto.”
But here’s the truth: if you really built a $450 million empire, you wouldn’t need to pay for a two-page feature in a low-circulation magazine to look legitimate. You wouldn’t be sitting in Zoom meetings trying to convince mum-and-dad investors to sign up for your “AI trading opportunity.”
*THIS INVESTIGATION EXPOSES:*
- How MLM leaders use paid media to launder reputations.
- How Income Opportunities Magazine sells advertorial features disguised as journalism.
- How Zionix Global recycled the Zater Capital playbook — same team, same claims, different name.
- And how my Avengers team took action, resulting in the shutdown and domain lock of their primary websites.
Every part of this operation is designed to look professional while sidestepping regulation. No financial licences. No trading audits. No transparency. Just polished marketing and motivational buzzwords wrapped around a multi-level recruitment scam.
And while Zwagil paints herself as a “visionary CEO empowering women,” the real story is that she’s fronting yet another unregistered investment operation.
Let’s be clear — this isn’t entrepreneurship. It’s reputation management for a failing scheme.
It’s the same “manifestation millionaire” story MLM promoters have used for years — only now, they’re dressing it up as “AI trading” to attract a new generation of victims.
When the glossy article came out, it wasn’t proof of success — it was a last-ditch attempt to buy legitimacy before the walls came down.
⚠️ *WHY IT MATTERS*
Zionix Global targeted people who had already been burned by other scams, positioning itself as a “crypto recovery opportunity.”
This is one of the most predatory moves in the scam industry — re-victimising those who’ve already lost money.
These operators rely on credibility laundering:
1. Buy magazine features.
2.Borrow legitimacy from past MLM ventures.
3.Repackage their Ponzi as “AI automation.”
4. Launch on new domains when caught.
